NESTech Management Group,
Inc. is currently involved with several
projects; our main efforts are involved in
commercial real estate development, and land
management. We have been retained by Nestech
Management Group Land Holdings, LLC, to act as
developer, project manager, and property manager
for the Boronda Development Project.
Our
team consists of: A Professional Development
Team and our advisory board:
Boronda Meadows Board of
Advisors.
Working in cooperation with our team is our
Corporate Board of
Directors.
We are accomplishing our business
tasks for the betterment of Monterey County.
Having secured the ownership of 60 +/- acres
located in the unincorporated area of Monterey
County, adjacent to the City of Salinas we are
implementing the vision and commitment of the
Boronda Community. Our development will consist of
commercial, neighborhood, and retail lease space,
residential mixed-use, single family homes, and
Town homes. Taking into account the communities
need for affordable housing, open space, and their
desire for a community lifestyle we are committed
to social-responsibility, and we anticipate
breaking ground in mid-2009.
With that in
mind, we are working in cooperation of the county
and community to implement the goals and visions
of the Boronda Community Plan which will
accommodate the growing change in housing needs,
and is planned to offer community services, retail
opportunities, and is planned to utilize the land
which will benefit the surrounding residents and
meet future development objectives, to include
extensive open-space for community well-being. Our
development will bring affordable housing and
commercial services to the greater Salinas area,
which will include single family homes,
townhouse's and multi-use residential to include
economic benefits including employment
opportunities for residents in the community
area.
