Nestech was originally formed in 1986 by Jeff A. Fortin, under the company called JFortin & Associates. The firm was formed as a business training and productivity company working under a franchise of Priority Management assisting executives with time management and productivity. The company assisted firms and individuals with a four-hour training seminar and follow-up consulting relating to the Priority Management program. We were featured in the San Jose Mercury news with respects to our training program. In 1989 we expanded our business offerings and expanded into the environmental, safety and health areas under a program called NEST binder programs, and we launched National Environmental & Safety Technologies. Our client base exceeded 120 within the plating, anodizing and machine shops.

National Environmental & Safety Technologies - (1992 to 1995) - Cupertino, CA.
NEST is a firm designed to assist compliance managers with the broad range of health & safety issues affecting the workplace. Our goal is to work within the corporate culture of our clients and develop a complete and effective program, which will promote employee awareness and compliance with state, federal and local compliance issues. With over 11 years of on-hands compliance assistance with manufacturing, industrial and service industries NEST has expertise in OSHA regulations, hazardous materials, storm water pollution prevention programs, drug and alcohol testing and monitoring programs, and on-site employee training. We specialize on compliance - teaching managers how to navigate the large ocean of regulations and statutes relating to employees and firms. Our client base exceeded 450 firms within California. NEST was divided into two firms in 1995, the technology portion was sold to NEST Internet Technologies, and the safety programs were given to Jeff A. Fortin, who then renamed the company NEST Technologies.

NEST Technologies Drug Testing Consortium - (1995 to 1996) - San Jose, CA.
NEST Technologies was redesigned to offer a drug testing consortium for the Bay Area Dump Truck Association which consisted of 120 members, and over 1,500 individual owner-operators. Nestech developed a state mandated drug testing consortium. The intent of the NEST Consortium was to provide the required management and random selection of the mandated drug and alcohol testing. NEST administered the enrollment, selection, record keeping, and reporting for its members. NESTech provided all collection kits, chain of custody forms, and accomplished the testing analysis. NEST provided qualified breath alcohol technicians, on-site collection, and managed the program within the entire State of California. The NEST Drug Testing Consortium was sold in 1996 to CALDATA and NESTech withdrew from general safety and health issues, and the firm was renamed to NESTech Internet Services focusing on consulting contract within the emerging technologies of the Internet in 1996.

NESTech Internet Services - (1996 to 1999) - Santa Clara, CA.
NESTech was formed to provide consulting services various Hi-Tech firms relating to contract negotiations, strategic planning, operations and technical development. In addition, Advising Boards of Directors on merger and acquisitions opportunities, investor relations and venture capital development. NESTech acted as corporate secretary and board liaison for development of public relations and branding events we achieved national and international press coverage for our product development. NESTech assisted management with the advancement of their Internet marketing initiatives. We provided advice and guidance to staff in areas of human relations, personnel, operations, marketing, sales, media, and corporate strategy. This included risk management and facility loss prevention, safety and health, environmental and HAZMAT within their firms. Our client base was seven firms from California, Nevada to Georgia, to include partner development within Canada. With the collapse of the Internet bubble in 1999, we decided to withdraw from Internet ventures and to refocus on more brick and mortar operations. In 2000, we formed NESTech Management Group which would develop and focus on business development and marketing.

NESTech Management Group - (2000 to Present) - Salinas, CA.
NESTech Management Group, Inc.
is currently involved with several projects, we are involved in commercial real estate development,
and land management. We have been retained by Nestech Management Group Land Holdings, LLC.,
to act as developer, project manager, and property manager for the Boronda Development Project.
On the construction side of our business the development will consist of 68 acres, bringing commercial,
retail lease space, mixed-use retail/residential operations, single family homes, townhouse's,
and apartments. We anticipate breaking ground in mid/late 2006.
With that in mind, we are proposing a development which will utilize residential and commercial development which will accommodate the growing change in housing needs, and is planned to offer community services, retail opportunities, and is planned to utilize the land which will benefit the surrounding residents and meet future development objectives, to include extensive open-space for community well-being.
Our development will bring affordable housing and commercial services to the greater Salinas area, which will include single family homes, townhouse's and multi-use residential to include economic benefits including employment opportunities for residents in the community area.
