
Jeff A. Fortin, REA is a talented Entrepreneur
and Executive with experience spanning over 28 years in a variety of industries
(Military, Construction, Manufacturing and Building Materials, Environmental,
Information Technology, Internet Services, Law Enforcement, and Industrial).
Currently, has assumed the dual-role of Chief Executive Officer for Nestech
Management Group Inc. (Property and Construction Management) and Managing
Member for Nestech Management Group Land Holdings, LLC. (Real Estate Holdings
and Leasing). In addition, is the Managing Member of Beze Entertainment
Enterprises, LLC, (Internet and Financial Services).
Mr. Fortin is a former environmental risk manager with Central Concrete Supply Co., Inc., (1983-1999),
now a wholly owned subsidiary of US Concrete Inc (RMIX); as well as Quikrete of Northern California, Inc.
(1993-1997), and Bay Cities Building Materials, Inc. (1997-1998). From mid-2001, he worked in the auto
sales industry as a finance manager and as a sales manager for Salinas’s area auto dealers. Formally in
1997 became Chief Executive Officer of @bigger.net which launched the first major "free-dial-up Internet
access" company within the United States. The launch generated tremendous press coverage and media
generated resulted in national and international coverage.
Mr. Fortin's educational accomplishments include his Masters Degree in Marketing (2000); Bachelor's
Degree in Business (1997). He is also a graduate from the California Military Academy (1988), and
received a military commission in the United States Army Reserve as a Second Lieutenant. Prior
military service United States Air Force (1974-1979), United States Air Force Reserves (1975-1983),
and United States Army National Guard-California (1985-1988) and was honorably discharged from the
United States Army Reserve (1993). He has held numerous posts in community organizations, and has
held a number of city, county .
