 Our
President Wade
Martin,
joins Nestech Management Group as its President.
His duties will include all aspects of real estate
operations and sales of our properties and is our
corporate treasurer.
Wade
currently is a Managing Real Estate agent and
owner of Nest Real Estate located in Salinas,
California. His expertise has been the residential
markets in the Bay Area and Central Coast with
Property Management, and home sales.
He
will be responsible for the coordination and
marketing of the residential and townhouse's being
developed by Nestech Management Group Land Trust,
LLC. Wade is also a GRI from the Graduate Real
Estate program.
Wade
has been in real estate for over 10 years with
extensive knowledge in buyer and seller relations
within the residential real estate market. His
past duties have included property management of
over 500 units, consisting of single family homes
to multi-unit apartment complexes.
Functions included tenant relations,
screening, management of collections, repairs and
maintenance, and reporting. He is a member of the
Monterey County Association of REALTORS®
In
addition, Wade is a shareholder with Nestech
Management Group Land Holdings LLC, as its
President and Treasurer overseeing administrative
functions, accounting and corporate finances. And
serves on the LLC Board of
Advisors. |
